Adult Peer Support
Our peer support groups are run by trained volunteers, you're in safe hands.
It's not therapy.
Peer support is a non-judgemental form of support. Everyone in attendance has or suspects they may have ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
We all help to create an environment where we can openly share our thoughts and feelings, receive guidance when asked for and gain valuable insights.
Being with other similar-brained adults gives us a sense of belonging. We feel heard.
All of our peer support groups are drop-ins and being late won't phase anyone.
