PEER SUPPORT
Trained DBS-checked volunteers run our peer support groups, so you're safe.
Peer support is a non-judgemental form of support. Everyone in attendance has or suspects they may have ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
We all help to create an environment where we can openly share our thoughts and feelings, receive guidance when asked for and gain valuable insights.
Being with other similar-brained adults gives us a sense of belonging.
We feel heard.
All of our peer support groups are FREE and drop-in.
Being late won't phase anyone.
